Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Items damaged by improper use
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect item received

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After processing or shipping, cancellation may not be possible.

Shipping Costs

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
